The excellent conformability & release properties of the PTFE backing, along with the high-temperature capabilities, make the tape ideal for application such as composite lay-up, roller wrapping, plate masking & other uses where costly clean up is a problem. It utilizes a high temperature, clean release silicone adhesive, has excellent chemical resistance and lays flat. The PTFE backing also provides an anti-friction & an easy release surface.
